Void Acoustics blends sound and design at The NORM rooftop in Bangkok
Perched on the 42nd floor of Dusit Central Park, The NORM Bangkok combines dining, social experiences and nightlife across a series of indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the Bangkok skyline.
Working alongside Aura Visual System, Void Acoustics supplied a sound system capable of delivering consistent, high-quality audio throughout the venue while complementing its carefully curated interior design. Featuring Venu Series loudspeakers finished in Vintage, part of Void Acoustics’ Natural Wood Collection, the installation blends naturally with the venue’s warm palette of timber, stone and leather.
Natural Wood loudspeakers complement The NORM’s interior design
At The NORM, loudspeakers were never intended to be hidden. Instead, they were selected to sit comfortably within the venue’s design language, becoming part of the overall aesthetic rather than competing with it.
Exclusive to the Venu Series, the Natural Wood Collection allows the loudspeakers to integrate naturally into design-led environments while maintaining the distinctive character that defines Void Acoustics products. Paired with metal grilles, the Vintage finish gives the system a refined, material-led presence that complements the venue’s interior.

Spanning approximately 1,200 sqm across indoor and outdoor areas, The NORM operates across multiple zones, each with its own atmosphere and requirements. From intimate social spaces and dining areas to the rooftop terrace overlooking Bangkok, the system has been designed to deliver a consistent listening experience throughout.
Air Vantage V2 loudspeakers and Venu 218 V2 subwoofers provide powerful, controlled performance across the outdoor areas, while Venu Series loudspeakers deliver balanced coverage throughout the interior spaces. Cyclone 8 loudspeakers provide distributed coverage where required, ensuring smooth transitions between zones and a cohesive audio experience throughout the venue.
