White Rock Beach Club chooses Void Acoustics for premium beachfront sound
White Rock Beach Club in Bali is a 3,000-capacity venue overlooking the Indian Ocean from Melasti Beach. Spanning 7,500 square metres, the beach club features a DJ booth and lawn dancefloor, cabanas, private suites, a restaurant, a pool bar and multiple seating areas, each with its own acoustic requirements.
The brief was to install a new sound system that could deliver exceptional audio throughout the venue while complementing its clean, modern architecture. With much of the club exposed to the elements, durability was just as important as performance.
One system, multiple environments
Installed by Indoteknik, the system combines several Void Acoustics loudspeaker ranges to meet the different demands of the venue. Cyclone 55, Cyclone 10 and Cyclone Bass loudspeakers provide coverage across the exposed outdoor areas, while Indigo 6S and Indigo Sub systems deliver high-quality audio in the bars and restaurant.
The recently refurbished DJ booth features Venu 15 V2 loudspeakers paired with Stasys 218 and Stasys 118 subwoofers, with the entire installation powered by Bias amplifiers.

White Rock Beach Club’s exposed clifftop location demanded loudspeakers capable of performing reliably in Bali’s coastal conditions. Void Acoustics’ IP55-rated Cyclone Series was selected for the outdoor areas, with its UV-resistant fibreglass construction providing long-term protection against sun, salty sea air and coastal winds.
Covering a 7,500-square-metre venue with multiple hospitality and entertainment spaces also required careful system design. Loudspeaker positions were precisely aligned to deliver clear, consistent coverage throughout the beach club while minimising unwanted overlap and maintaining audio clarity, even in challenging wind conditions.
