Void Acoustics supports Tbilisi’s underground scene
Located in a refurbished industrial space in the heart of Tbilisi, Riser is a hybrid venue that transitions from a daytime bar and restaurant into a late-night destination for pre-club electronic music. Spanning two indoor levels and a terrace, the venue was founded by DJs and music producers who designed the space with both artists and audiences in mind, placing exceptional sound quality and the audience experience at the heart of its concept.
For the team behind Riser, choosing Void Acoustics was a natural decision. Having experienced Void systems both at home and in venues across Tbilisi, they already knew the sound quality they wanted for the project. Working alongside AVB LTD, they selected a Void Acoustics system that delivers both powerful performance and everyday listening comfort.

Sound plays a central role at Riser. The original idea was to create a small space where friends could gather, share music and experiment with different sounds. As the concept developed, it grew into a full bar and pre-club venue while keeping that same music-first approach.
Despite its compact footprint, the system delivers balanced sound across both levels of the venue. Guests can enjoy the music without it becoming overwhelming, while DJs benefit from the clarity, detail and consistency of the system.
The venue’s high ceilings and mezzanine level presented some acoustic challenges, but careful system design and acoustic treatment ensure the sound remains controlled and even throughout the space.
More than a sound system
Beyond its performance, the Void Acoustics system has become a defining feature of Riser. The Airten V3 and Air Vantage loudspeakers complement the venue’s industrial interior, with their distinctive shape and signature red finish making them impossible to miss.
Frequently featured across the venue’s social media channels, the system has become a recognisable part of the Riser identity. Rather than blending into the background, the loudspeakers reinforce the connection between sound, design and culture that sits at the heart of the venue.
Today, Riser has established itself as one of Tbilisi’s emerging destinations for electronic music, offering a carefully curated programme, an intimate atmosphere and a sound system built for both artists and guests.
