The promoter of this competition is Void Acoustics Research Ltd ("the Promoter").
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Void Acoustics Research Ltd are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants must:
Attend Void Meets Vegas in person on 18 June 2026; and
Complete and submit an official competition entry card onsite during the event.
Entries submitted by any method other than the official onsite entry process will not be accepted.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
The competition closes at 8.00pm on 18 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the draw. Eligible entry cards will be placed into a draw container and one entry card will be drawn at random.
The winner will be selected and announced during Void Meets Vegas on 18 June 2026 following the close of entries.
The winner must be present at the event at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, declines the prize, or is unable to provide proof of eligibility, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize consists of:
Two (2) Void Acoustics Cyclone 55 loudspeakers; and
One (1) Void Acoustics Cyclone 208i subwoofer.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable photography, video and promotional activity relating to the competition. The winner's name, company name, photograph and/or image may be used by the Promoter for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
The prize will be shipped to the winner by the Promoter at no cost to the winner. The winner must provide accurate delivery details for prize fulfilment.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits duplicate entries, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a fraudulent, misleading or dishonest manner.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
