Amidst rapid intentional growth and an insatiable appetite for the Void systems in North America, the Void Acoustics team returns to InfoComm 2024 in Las Vegas from June 12 to 14.
The company’s attention-grabbing sound systems can be seen at booth C9507 in the Central Hall. Matt Young, Void’s Sales Manager for North America, supported by the company’s leadership team, will be on hand to guide you through our latest advancements, demonstrating how our technology can elevate your audio experiences to new heights.
Based in Denver, Matt joined Void Acoustics last year and has spent the past twelve months spearheading its expansion across North America.
With 26 years of experience in the pro audio industry across the premium home audio, commercial and luxury residential sectors, Matt earned his stripes working for household names like Yamaha, Sonos and Bose.
“Void isn’t your standard speaker brand – every product is an art piece that people want to see, hear and talk about. The fact that Void combines the latest technology with ground breaking design aesthetics made the prospect of working here really interesting, especially when I considered the opportunity Void has in the North American market. A year on, I’m in awe of its systems, and it’s exciting that so many share my enthusiasm.”
Since arriving at Void, Matt has delivered consistent US growth by recruiting established pro audio dealers and new brand advocates in the region, joining partners such as Diavolo Systems and Royal Sound & Lighting, amongst many others.
Void continues to grow its team in other departments, appointing Andy Rigler as Head of Sales. With over 40 years’ experience in the audio industries, Andy joins the company following roles at Bose and Clair Global.
Andy brings his wealth of knowledge and passion for audio to the role, having started his career as a studio engineer before moving into AV sales.
“I’m delighted to join the Void team and am looking forward to using my years of industry experience to help the company reach its next stage of growth. The Void products are showstopping and it’s this combination of aesthetics and audio quality that makes the speakers, and the company, such a success. I’m excited to join such an enthusiastic and dynamic team and InfoComm is a great event to start my journey with the company.”
InfoComm 2024 sets the stage for soon-to-launch additions to Void’s product offering in North America, including the Venu 118 V2, Venu 218 V2, Venu 14 V2, the Cyclone 208i subwoofer, and the unique KROME finish. InfoComm attendees can experience the new product ranges first-hand at Void’s stand (C9507) or during one of Void’s demos at the event.
“InfoComm is one of the biggest events for the pro audio market and the ideal location for showing new audiences what Void Acoustics is capable of while simultaneously reintroducing its remarkable systems to those familiar with the brand. Our demonstrations at the event always make headlines, and I look forward to meeting customers across the many sectors Void serves. This includes hotel owners, festival organisers, corporate enterprises, fine dining restaurants and dusk-to-dawn nightlife operators.”
Void Acoustics’ versatility is one of the main reasons the brand continues to rise in popularity across North America and the rest of the world. Recent installations in the region include Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Virgin Hotel, Albert’s Bar, Theodora, high-end residential projects in Beverley Hills, hospitality complexes, fitness centres and large-scale music festivals.
InfoComm attendees are encouraged to book a meeting with Matt to learn more about Void Acoustics.
Void’s Co-founder and Creative Director, Rog Mogale, will be hosting daily Void demos in N120, starting Wednesday, June 12 through to Friday, June 14, at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00. There will be no 16:00 demonstration on Friday.
